Ashley is a plant-based registered dietitian nutritionist and owner of Plant Centered Nutrition. She works with clients worldwide, helping them eat more plants and build a stronger relationship with food and themselves. She received her Masters in Public Health and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
