Libby Parker, MS, RD is the owner of Not Your Average Nutritionist, a private practice in CA devoted to helping young adults recover from eating disorders. She is the author of “Permission To Eat”, a practical self-help guide specific to students and young adults about working yourself out of an eating disorder, while celebrating the awesomeness that is you.
