Does anyone else feel like 2019 was just plain bananas?
Throughout all the craziness, many themes continued to arise in my personal and professional life. The most frequent flyer was the concept of confidence and mindset.
Ya’ll, our minds are powerful entities, and literally embody our thoughts. Meaning, our bodies react and behave according to how we talk to ourselves and how we think on a regular basis.
If we are constantly berating and condemning certain aspects of ourselves, our minds will not believe we are capable, and certainly not confident. True confidence isn’t hard to acquire with a little practice. It just requires some re-training of the brain.
That’s why I’m providing three different strategies to help you shift your mindset, deepen your confidence and, ultimately, achieve your lofty, inspiring goals. Bonus points if your goals include building a private practice!
The coming year can be a repeat of history, or it can be a year of growth and opportunity. It’s up to you and your mindset which one you choose. I hope you choose the latter, and here is your starting point.
