When did you last spend time truly practicing being an amazing, rock star practitioner?
In today’s episode, I chat about how to improve your practitioner and counseling skills using a strategic approach, and a variety of teaching tools. And, in order to improve these skills, I discuss the importance of investing in your struggles. This can be incredibly hard but it is even more necessary to identify your struggles and shortcomings, ask for feedback, and then take action.
To summarize, the strategic approach and biggest takeaway from this episode is to hop off the procrastination train, identify your areas of improvement, take action, and practice, practice, practice. This will lead you to become that amazing, rock star practitioner you’ve always envisioned!
